With Nearly 35 years of Small Business Experience, that includes 3 years Owning and Operating a Popcorn and Ice Cream Business, 25 years Home Building and Contracting, and 14 years as a Commercial and Residential
Realtor, I have the experience, knowledge and understanding to help facilitate that crucial part of our community.

Commissioner. As a residential home builder for over 25 years, and currently as a Real Estate Agent, I have the discernment and firsthand knowledge that is needed for this rapidly growing county, and a grasp of the concerns that we all have in this ever-changing industry.

I feel understanding and knowledge of Commercial Real Estate is so important, as our county expands. I have attended International Commercial Real Estate Conventions, Sold Commercial Real Estate, and worked alongside Commercial
Developers, and cities of Cass County, giving me negotiating skills, a grasp of
how Commercial Real Estate shapes our communities, and the ability to consult County Leadership so smart decisions for all can be made.

I feel understanding Public Office Positions are essential to holding a place of leadership in our county. As a Belton City Council Member for 3 years, and as a son of a former Belton Mayor, I know what it is like to make good decisions, make hard choices, and Do What is Right for our Families and Communities.
